Exchange and Refund Policy

Products purchased from Onedrop can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase under the following conditions:

- The item is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.

- The item does not match the original specifications of the product or is not as described at the time of purchase.

To raise a dispute, you must notify us within 2 days of delivery by contacting us on WhatsApp at +92-3025062212. At Onedrop, we handle each dispute on a case-by-case basis and strive to be fair to both parties.

 Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds. However, in the event of the unavailability of an article or if the received item is flawed, a coupon of the same amount will be issued, redeemable online only.

Refunds will not be valid if:

- The exchange request is made outside the specified time frame.

- The product is damaged due to use.

- The product has been tampered with.

- Items are missing from the package, including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and accessories.

- Because of different lighting and locations in photos, the product color may look different from the pictures. So, products can't be exchanged for this reason.

 Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before the shipping process begins. Once your order has been shipped, our Exchange Policy will apply, and you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Onedrop reserves the right to cancel your order for reasons including unavailability of stock or declined payments.
